Amy's half halo lilac sapphire engagement ring
Callum proposed to Amy with an oval cut lilac sapphire which he chose as part of our Proposal in a Box service. Amy fell in love with the stone and was excited by the prospect of being involved in the design of her own ring. The final design features a half halo of round brilliant cut diamonds with the idea being that when the engagement ring is worn with a matching wedding ring, a full halo of diamonds will form. Callum's choice of the beautiful oval cut lilac-blue sapphire felt particularly special as it reminded Amy of the colour of their daughter's eyes. Bright white palladium has been handworked to form the intricate pear shapes within which the diamonds are set as well as the 2mm wide tapering band, all of which has been given a polished finish.
