Claire's chunky mixed metal and diamond dress ring
Claire inherited a yellow gold and diamond cluster ring and although it was very special to her, it wasn’t to her style. Claire favours chunkier jewellery and loves matte rather than polished metal. After a phone consultation, we really got an idea of Claire’s tastes and ideas so that we could re-design the original ring into something new yet still retain the sentimental value. The statement ring is 9mm wide and handmade in sterling silver with a 9 carat yellow gold overlay. The metal has been grain set with seven of Claire’s own old cut diamonds which have a total weight of 0.59ct. Hammered and satin brushed finishes add intriguing textures to this modern dress ring.
