Orlaith's Celtic Inspired Black Opal Doublet Engagement Ring

Declan wanted to find the perfect engagement ring for Orlaith and to do this he asked her to be involved in the design process. Their idea was to combine her favourite stone Opal, his Irish Heritage and her favourite colour, sea green, into one unique design. Using Fairtrade 9 carat white gold intricate Celtic knots form the basis of the band, which leads to the opal centrepiece, these knots beautifully honour Declan's Irish heritage. To further combine their design ideas the central cabochon cut oval black opal doublet reflects gorgeous green and blue colours seemingly illustrating glistening waves, an original desire of Orlaith's. Wanting a dainty band the design was kept slender and the knots intricate. This design is completed with a polished finish.
