Nicola's Tension Set Diamond Birthday Ring
For Nicola's birthday her partner, Paul, wanted to help create a present she would never forget. Nicola had always loved tension set diamonds as they created a magical illusion of floating, so wanted to incorporate this in the design. Nicola works as a florist so it was important that the design was fairly practical. A beautiful 0.47ct round brilliant cut diamond was chosen as the centrepiece for this birthday gift. This stone floats within a 5mm palladium band which deepens to protect the stone. The clean design has a tunstall finish which adds texture to the band bringing extra flair to this wonderfully modern piece.
