Ann's 18 Carat Yellow Gold Diamond Twist Dress Ring
Ann had this stunning 18 carat yellow gold dress ring created using all her own gold and round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds have been marquise grain set in a twist design with the central diamond being 4.5mm graduating outwards to a 1.5mm diamond on each shoulder with a total carat weight of Ann’s diamonds being 0.92ct. This beautiful woven design has been completed with a polished finish to help bring out the sparkle of the stones.
