Helen's mixed metal and diamond wrapping ring
Shaun got in touch with a unique idea to commission a ring for Helen based on the style of her favourite dress ring which was an unusual chunky mixed metal wrapping design. The design was really wide and Helen wears it every day but Shaun wanted to take inspiration from it to create a slightly more delicate engagement ring featuring a single diamond. The design focuses on three strands of different widths, one each of yellow gold, rose gold and white gold. Some of the metal strands overlap to create a dynamic asymmetric shape with an area to the top right which has been claw set with a 0.71ct round brilliant cut H-I, SI 1-2 diamond. A polished finish brings each metal together.
