Jamie's platinum and diamond engagement ring
Liam and Jamie visited our Hertfordshire Jewellery Centre to browse our ready to wear collection. They were soon to be engaged and so they wanted to try on some designs and get inspiration for a bespoke ring. Jamie had been looking online for a while and knew that she was drawn towards pear cut diamonds especially in combination with triangular shapes. The focal point of the design is a 0.31ct pear cut diamond which is held in a traditional claw setting. The pear cut stone is surrounded by a halo of ten 1mm round brilliant cut G-H, VS diamonds which have been thread and grain set to add a vintage feel to the design. A 1.5mm round brilliant cut diamond has been grain set into a triangle shape either side of the central stone which adds elegant length to the front of the ring.The ring has been crafted in palladium and holds a total diamond weight of 0.39ct.
