Hema's 18 carat yellow gold and yellow sapphire dress ring
Hema wanted to create a ring using her own oval cut yellow sapphire which had personal significance to her. The sapphire looked beautiful against the colour of yellow gold and Hema happened to have a gold chain she no longer wore which we melted down to create her new ring. The twist design worked perfectly for wearing on her index finger as the shape suited this finger much better than a straight band. To add an extra touch of detail we engraved some twist details onto the band itself.
