Lesley's rose gold, tourmaline and diamond engagement ring
When Lesley visited us to commission her engagement ring she had a good idea of what she was looking for- an Art Deco style rose gold design with a vibrant red stone. After viewing a selection of gemstone in our cabinet, Lesley only had eyes for this rich pink tourmaline and the rest of the design fell into place around it. The unusual chequerboard cut pattern of the tourmaline is perfectly complemented by the princess cut diamonds either side which have been set in palladium to enhance their sparkle. The split band draws the eye towards the selection of gemstones whilst giving the ring a light feel. To create the perfect matching set we made Lesley a simple 9 carat rose gold wedding ring to fit around the curves of her engagement ring and highlight the beauty of the focal piece.
