Battersea Shield inspired hand engraved wedding band
Colin wanted a traditional wedding ring with a Celtic style and was particularly interested in the La Tène style expressed in the patterns on the Battersea Shield. The Battersea Shield is one of the most significant pieces of ancient Celtic art found in Britain and we used it as inspiration for the hand engraved band. Colin loved the warmth of 9 carat rose gold and chose a textured tunstall finish, allowing the polished engraving to stand out.
