Constellation inspired engagement ring with colour change garnet
This dramatic engagement ring is inspired by the shapes of constellations and how they connect in dramatic straight lines. The striking central stone was handpicked because of its interesting properties; it is an oval cut colour change garnet, weighing 1.20ct and originates from Tanzania. The colours of this stone change from a soft dusky grey in natural light, to a blue purple with flashes of red in artificial light. The central stone has been end only set with the setting offset diagonally. The shoulders join to each end of the setting with a twisting effect and feature two 1.2mm and two 1mm brilliant cut G-H Vs1-2 diamonds, totalling 0.034ct. This ring has been handmade in palladium.
