Margaret's Victorian styled Fairtrade yellow gold engagement ring
David and Margaret wanted to have Margaret's ring remade as it has almost worn away with wear over the years. It was originally from Hong Kong when the couple were out there many years ago. Margaret wanted to redesign the ring in a more traditional Victorian type setting. The ring was re-made in 18ct Fairtrade yellow gold and the emerald cut garnets were taken from the original mounts and re-set into a four claw stepping setting that graduates in stone size as it goes across the finger. The largest central stone also sits higher on the finger to add height and a break up the difference in stones sizes. The band also features engraved vine details on the shoulder of the band for added detail and a vintage Victorian feel. It is just as Margaret imagined and love it includes the original stones from Hong Kong.
