Claire's mixed metal and diamond 'bubble' inspired dress ring
Claire loved the appearance of ‘bubble’ style dress rings and wanted to commission a bespoke dress ring using diamonds and yellow gold from her grandmother’s engagement ring. It was important to Claire that she could wear the ring everyday and that it didn’t catch on anything so all around settings were the perfect choice. The central stone has been all around set in 9 carat white gold whilst soft button settings made from her grandmother’s yellow gold sit on top of the band to create the ‘bubble’ effect Claire was after. Six single cut diamonds have been invisibly set into the 18 carat yellow gold flattened balls that sit on top of the band.
