Louise's palladium and princess cut diamond engagement ring
Mel wanted Louise’s ring to be practical enough for her job as a childminder so it was decided that the central princess cut diamond would be tension set to create the feel of an engagement ring without a high setting that could catch. It was also important to Mel that the ring represented the members of their family- two stones to represent Mel and Louise and three to represent their children. The ring has a highly polished finish which highlights the sparkle of the diamonds and showcases the crisp colour of the palladium band.
