Edd's Fairtrade mixed metal and 0.51ct diamond engagement ring
After browsing our Cambridge studio to gather inspiration, Edd knew that he wanted to commission a unique engagement ring for Carolin that was different to an archetypal solitaire. At the centre of the design is a 5mm brilliant cut G Si1 0.51ct diamond which is held in a four claw setting to maintain a classic feel, yet the rose gold setting adds a modern update. A 1.5mm brilliant cut heat treated green diamond has been added to each shoulder to subtly introduce Carolin's favourite colour. The ring has been crafted in Fairtrade 18 carat white gold and rose gold as Edd knew that Carolin would value the extra ethical credentials.
