Andrew and Joelle's modern classic engagement ring
Andrew wanted to propose to Joelle with a ring he designed himself and he started by sourcing some lovely diamonds. We then designed the ring around the stones and Andrew was certain that Joelle would like a modern classic design along the same lines of a ring we have made previously. Taking inspiration from the ring Andrew liked, we set the central 0.42ct diamond in a tapered four claw setting- this setting is brilliant because it shows of the side and tip of the stone as well as allowing a future wedding ring to sit against it very well. Along the band to continue the sparkle and elegance of the design we set eight of the smaller diamonds Andrew had sourced in a channel style setting. This makes the shoulders sparkly without too much metal in and around the stones.
