Kay's diamond and ruby bubble ring
Kay had inherited two beautiful rings, however she loved the idea of making the two rings in to one ring that was more wearable for her and suited her style. One of the rings had two sparkly diamonds and one lovely ruby all the same size set in yellow gold. The other ring was also set in yellow gold with a beautiful 1.56ct diamond in a twist style ring. After looking at many different design options and some quite complicated designs with multiple strands running around the ring, we showed Kay one of our bubble rings and she fell in love with it and knew it was the right way to show off the stones she had. Kay decided that she really liked an organic zigzag formation running across the width of the top of her finger as this made the most of the stones. She decided on a white gold as she preferred the colour compared to the yellow gold of the rings she inherited, also because she wanted a white metal to go with her platinum wedding and engagement ring set. Kay loved the idea of a slim band at the back of her ring, but also wanted to balance out it out with the front of her ring so decided to go for a 3mm wide band to achieve this affect. She decided to finish her beautiful ring off with a lovely highly polished finish to enhance the sparkle of her diamonds.
