Kelly's pave set white sapphire palladium wedding ring
We previously made Kelly's engagement ring using the stones from her grandmother's engagement ring. They were beautiful old cut stones, so when it came to designing her wedding ring Kelly wanted to make sure that she had something to match and complement the engagement ring. Kelly wanted pave set stones, but we thought that new stones might be too bright and sparkly compared to the more subtle sparkle of the old cut diamonds. As an alternative, to match as closely as possible, we used white sapphires which still sparkle well and would resemble the old cut diamonds more than new brilliant cuts would. Kelly was really happy with the set and how they looked together.
