Philippa's redesigned dual sapphire art deco dress ring
Philippa brought in her cherished ring that was passed down from Philippa’s mother. While Philippa loved the original ring, she was unable to wear the ring as an everyday piece. She wanted to retain design elements from the original ring, but adapt the design so that it can be worn daily. The central feature of this dramatic dress ring is the duo of sapphires that have been placed within two side-by-side all-around settings. These are accompanied by three ‘steps’ of brilliant cut diamonds, graduating in height to give the ring a classic art deco profile. Philippa was ecstatic that we had managed to capture the original essence of her mother’s ring, while still being practical to wear every day.
