Kathy's beautiful mixed metal modern cluster engagement ring
Kathy came into our Cambridge studio with the idea to combine an engagement and wedding ring into one bespoke piece. Kathy wanted to use a colour pallet of greens, greys and browns so we presented her with a selection of stones and she handpicked her favourites. An emerald cut light green tourmaline, a slate green princess cut sapphire and a deep green princess cut tourmaline which were all-around set in palladium. A brilliant cut smoky quartz was also chosen and this was set in 9 carat yellow gold. The stunning modern design comprised of four bands, one in yellow gold and three in palladium. The warm tones of the gold and the crisp white palladium sat together beautifully. The design was completed with a satin finish on the palladium and a polished finish on the yellow gold.
