Matt wanted to suprise Sarah with a very special engagement ring
Matt visited the studio to talk through design ideas he had for an engagement ring for Sarah. He wanted to combine her love of asscher cut diamonds and her favourite colour green, into the design. Their son’s birthstone was emerald and their daughter’s was amethyst, the green colour therefore was meaningful to her. Matt selected an emerald and a green amethyst. The 18ct white gold 3mm wide band tapered towards the central stone accentuating the 0.78ct diamond which was set into a flat claw setting. The side stones which were graduated in size were made up of a 2mm emerald, a 2mm green amethyst, a 1.7mm diamond and also a 1.5mm diamond. The ring was completed with a high polish.
