Sophie's bespoke poppy inspired ruby and gold engagement ring
Paul came to the studio to design a bespoke engagement ring for Sophie. Paul wanted to use a ruby as this is Sophie's birthstone. He also wanted to incorporate a poppy into the design, as this is Sophie's family nickname. Paul brought sketches into the studio to show us what he was looking for. Together we designed a 2.5mm courting rich yellow gold polished band, with satinised 9ct rose gold petals and a 9ct white gold all around setting holding the central 3.5mm brilliant cut fine ruby.
