Faye's 18ct yellow gold eternity ring with garnet and diamond
Dave and Faye came into the Cambridge studio to commission an eternity ring. Dave had already chosen the garnet, Faye's birthstone to be included alongside diamonds. I showed Faye a selection of brilliant cut 2mm garnets so that she could select her favourite tone of gemstone. We channel set three of these garnets (totalling 0.1ct) alternating with four brilliant cut 2mm HSI diamonds (totalling 0.14ct). The channel has a teardrop shaped end which Faye really liked. This is all set into a very gently D-shaped 3mm wide 18ct yellow gold band and finished with a high polish.
