Maria's emerald and white gold engagement ring
Edward John wanted to surprise Maria with an engagement ring that included her favourite stone. The final design has the vintage style that Maria favoured but with a modern twist. Edward-John loved the way the natural warm tone of the 9 carat gold complemented the central 3mm brilliant cut emerald. The 2.5mm wide band has vintage engraving and tapers towards the stone. The split detail at the front of the band adds height and creates an interesting element from a side view.
