Katy's palladium engagement ring set with their own diamond
Carl came to see us at our Hertfordshire studio and brought along his own 6mm old cut diamond (1.07cts). He wanted to propose to Katy at Christmas by using his beautiful stone in a new contemporary ring design. He really liked the idea of keeping the ring design simple to show off the diamond. To do this we chose to use a 6 claw setting with a delicate 2mm wide band which gently tapered towards the central stone. The ring was made using palladium and was polished to a high shine.
