Kerry's diamond and sapphire ocean inspired engagement ring
Roger wanted to design Kerry, his partner, a surprise engagement ring inspired by their mutual love of the sea. Roger chose an eye catching brilliant cut 4.5mm diamond to be set in a palladium in an all around setting which replicated the continuity of the symmetrical twisting shoulders. To keep the engagement ring delicate with width of the band was 2.75mm and had a gently curved profile. We invisibly set on one of the shoulders a mid blue brilliant cut 1.5mm sapphire to represent the colour of the sea. The ring was finished with a high polish.
