Stephen and Sarah's palladium tanzanite pendant

Stephen and Sarah came in to have an appointment with Kerrie-Ann to come up with a design for a pendant to hold a lovely pear shaped tanzanite they bought on holiday. The shape of the palladium pendant follows that of the stone, while remaining nice and open for a delicate feel. The chain threads through a hidden bail on the back of the pendant, and is made from 9ct white gold which has been rhodium plated to give it a bright white colour to match with the palladium and contrast with the purple stone. The 4.99x6.93mm (3.45mm deep) pear shape 0.68cts Tanzanite is held in an end only setting to emphasize its shape.
