9ct yellow gold pendant with star set 2mm diamond and hematite heart.
Jeremy commissioned this pendant for his wife's 60th birthday. Lynn loves hemetite and Jeremy wanted to include this and the Southern cross design into the pendant. A 2mm diamond has been set in a star setting to really set the pendant off.
