Sterling Silver Om Pendant with Hammered Finish

The Sanskrit monosyllable represented in this pendant is pronounced aum (om). Om symbolises the Absolute - the very essence of the human being. The oldest and most venerated of all Hindu mantras is also employed in Buddhism and spiritual endeavour (Yoga). In addition to what it represents, the pendant is visually interesting. It is just under 30mm wide and about 25-30mm high from the top of the bail ring and has a hand-forged hammered finish. It sits on an 18 inch hammered texture chain which catches the light beautifully.
