Dorothea's Sentimental Platinum and Oval Cut Aquamarine Pendant
This special bespoke journey started with a simultaneous consultation between London and Sudan. Rory and Mariana wanted a pendant for their daughter Dorothea's first birthday, what makes it even more exceptional is that it's part of a special birthday capsule being saved for Dorothea’s 18th birthday. The symbolic piece is fully hand made in platinum and captures elements of Dorothea and both her parents. The Brazilian, fine, oval cut aquamarine- that is Dorothea’s birthstone- is an ethically sourced, traceable gemstone, chosen to reflect Mariana’s work and passion for ethics. To represent Mariana and Dorothea’s journey through her first year a delicate charm hangs by the clasp with a personal engraving for her to treasure.
