Victoria's Sterling Silver, Sapphire and Diamond Pendant

Jo got in touch to talk about using some stones from a bracelet she had to create a new piece of jewellery for her daughter Victoria's 30th birthday. Victoria works in Africa and Jo wanted to design a pendant for her inspired by Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. She had many diamonds to use and several blue sapphires which were a great starting point for a waterfall design! After commissioning some design sketches for Jo to choose from, we went ahead with this Art Deco style piece. Made in bright white sterling silver, there are 28 1.5mm diamonds from the bracelet set in three cascading waterfalls, ending in the lovely deep blue claw set ~4x3mm oval sapphires. A further diamond has been set into the chain on each side to complete the shimmering water look.
