The 9ct yellow gold heart shaped pendant holds Jessa's varying diamonds in a beautiful, claw set cluster. The oval cut and seven brilliant cut diamonds hang delicately from the centre of the heart, moving freely together. Overall, the sentimental pendant has a polished finish.
