Toni wanted to surprise her eldest daughter with a bespoke pendant using Toni's own wedding ring. We designed this handmade necklace with a central sterling silver heart hanging from the inside of Toni's own 18ct yellow gold ring with an overlay of sterling silver on a sterling silver 18 inch spiga chain and an overall polished finish.
