Kieran's boxing glove pendant
Kirsty and Kieran came in with a dolphin pendant set with diamonds and sapphires. It was the first piece of jewellery that Kieran’s dad bought for Kirsty so it was particularly special to her, but she didn't wear it any more so they wanted to melt it down to make a pendant for Kieran who is a talented young boxer. We hand carved a glove from wax and it was cast with their gold before being rhodium plated. The cuff has been satinised and then set with the original stones. The top of the cuff has been hollowed out slightly so that the chain can pass through it without needing an additional bail, keeping the focus on the glove itself.
