2025 Diamond Cut Predictions: Radiant, Emerald and Old Cut
Kirsty Norbury
Kirsty is a Jewellery Designer in our St Albans Studio and Shop. She has a 1st class degree in textile design but telling a story through jewellery is where her skills shine.

After joining Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery in 2018 as a Design Assistant, Kirsty has progressed and is now a Studio Lead. She’s an integral part of the St Albans team and thrives in the community atmosphere we’ve created there.
Her creative ambition started with a BA Textile Design at Falmouth University, specialising in Mixed Media and specifically Embroidery Design. Whilst there, she created numerous fashion fabric collections involving 3D elements for example beading and folding techniques. Upon finishing with a first-class honours degree, Kirsty subsequently exhibited the final collection at ‘New Designers’ , London.
After joining our team, Kirsty later completed a JET certification with the NAJ. Not only that but won the Clarity and Success Award for her project.
Kirsty first fell in love with storytelling through jewellery when her dad commissioned her graduation present from us! From the offset, her talent was evident where she expressed vision for her Art Deco inspired piece. Without a doubt, this creativity grows with each new commission, redesign and repair she works on.
Now, in a fast-paced city centre environment, each project offers opportunities to extend, challenge and showcase her design skills. In particular she enjoys taking inspiration from linear and geometric shapes, blending modern innovation with Art Deco intricacies.
Ultimately, as someone who loves the construction process as much as the design, she’s inspired by our workshop. It’s fascinating working closely with them, considering the whole journey of her sketch becoming a real life, sentimental piece of jewellery.
