We have a new opportunity for a full-time Production Administrator to join our dynamic team in Halls Green, North Hertfordshire.

We are looking for a full-time Production Administrator to join our creative and fast-paced team in North Hertfordshire.
We’re an award-winning business and the UK’s lead for bespoke design and ethical practices. The team is mostly made up of expert jewellery designers and goldsmiths, all with a passion for creativity and innovation.
The Production Department are a pivotal part of our business process, overseeing the successful coordination of all jewellery production. This includes, but is not limited to, organising post for suppliers, outsourcers and studios, placing daily orders and monitoring the day-to-day schedules within the workshop.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and figures. To execute the range of day-to-day tasks accurately you must be efficient, methodical and organised. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data entry are essential, although appropriate training will be offered to navigate the company programs.
Our onsite workshop and the jewellery production side of the business is a busy and exciting environment. You will not only utilise your meticulous administrative skills but learn all about the fascinating world of bespoke jewellery.
Entry level salary- Full time (Monday-Friday: 9:30am-6pm)
Due to the rural location of our Hertfordshire Jewellery shop, studio & workshop, unfortunately, there is no access via public transport. Ample parking is available onsite.
