How To Mix Golds In Your Jewellery
Amy Vinn
Amy is a Senior Designer in our Cambridge Studio and Shop. An internship in Italy taught her storytelling through products while her love of travel continually inspires her bold designs.
Amy has also been the Cambridge Branch Manager since 2018. After joining us at Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery as a Design Assistant in 2013, her motivation and success for designing and leading the team continues to flourish. As a result, the team have won multiple Cambridge Customer Service Awards.
She achieved a 1st Class Honours degree in Furniture Design and Craftsmanship at the University of Lincoln. After graduating, she completed an internship for a renowned UK company subsequently leading to an internship in Italy. Once back in the UK, she became a College of West Anglia Course Director, leading Furniture Design and Craftsmanship. During this time, Amy learnt the power of inspiring people and telling their story through unique pieces. Unsurprisingly, this is a sentiment that weaves perfectly into her bespoke jewellery career.
In her free time, Amy loves exploring the world and more importantly taking inspiration from all she sees. Above all, she adores intricate, beautiful designs like those in ironwork and craftsmanship in Sicilian gates and Italian architecture. This feeds into her use of bold lines and statement colours, combining striking beauty with timeless aspects. In essence, she loves turning an abstract inspiration into a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery.

- Bold Patterns
I’m inspired by the designed details of the world, such as the ornate patterns in architecture. I love when I can turn a person’s abstract inspiration into a unique dream piece
