Martin wanted an unusual engagement ring with pear cut gemstones
We designed this unique engagement ring with Martin, for Rachel. He had a good idea of the type of style he wanted and also had his own own ~5.9mm x 3.9mm (0.34ct) pear cut G VS1 diamond that he wanted to have set flush in the deepening end of the shank. To introduce some colour to the ring on the opposite side to the diamond we have set a new 6x4mm (0.61ct) pear cut green sapphire. The ring is made in 9ct white gold and measures approximately 3mm wide at the back of the ring tapering to the front to take the width and depth of the stones. The ring has then been given a highly polished finish.
