18ct white gold, 0.40ct natural African green sapphire and grain set diamond engagement ring
This delicate 2.7mm wide 18ct white gold engagement ring has been rhodium plated for a beautiful white shine and set with a beautiful princess cut green sapphire which measures just under 4mm, and has been set in a practical but pretty four claw setting. Small petal shapes have been pierced out of the sides of the setting and are echoed in the way the shank and has been opened up at the sides into a split shoulder detail, adding to the delicate feel of the whole piece. The petal detail has also been brought into the way the 1.75mm brilliant cut H SI side diamonds have been set into the shanks shoulders, setting them into pear shape grain settings which frame the sapphire perfectly
