Palladium dress ring with aquamarine, ruby, tourmaline and H Si diamonds
Tina wanted her ring to include her own birthstone and her childrens.
We have grain set a 1.5mm brilliant cut ruby, pink tourmaline and aquamarine into engraved marquise shapes and invisibly set 1.2mm H Si diamonds in between.
