Robert's mixed metal and diamond wedding ring
Robert inherited three rings from his mother which he was keen to use in his new wedding ring. Robert loved the idea of matching the ring to his watch so went for a mixed metal design that would be in keeping with the items he already wore. He chose to have the 9 carat yellow gold from his mum's rings melted down and used as an overlay to a 9 carat white gold band. The diamonds from the original rings have been square grain set around the band in an equal formation. This was a beautiful way to turn his mother’s old rings into a brand new piece of jewellery he could enjoy wearing for the rest of his life.
