18ct white gold diamond heart engagement ring
This engagement ring was designed with a romantic but contemporary look. The 18ct white gold flat band just under 2mm holds a plate shaped like a heart on top of the band so a wedding band could slip underneath neatly. The heart holds a single 1.5mm brilliant cut HSI diamond invisibly set.
