Liz's 9 carat white gold sapphire and diamond trilogy anniversary ring
Martin wanted to recreate Liz's sapphire and diamond ring that she unfortunately lost a few years ago. As they could only afford to have smaller stones in the original ring Martin wanted to upgrade to a 3mm brilliant cut sapphire beautifully framed by two 2mm brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings. The handmade 9 carat white gold band tapers delicately towards the central sapphire and twists around the beautiful stone. As the 40th anniversary of their first date was coming up Martin decided to present the ring to Liz in a restaurant near St Paul's cathedral which coincidentally is on the original site of the pub that Martin took Liz to on their first date 40 years ago.
