Bespoke platinum engagement ring with 0.66cts H SI 1/VS2 brilliant cut diamond.
This elegant platinum engagement ring holds a central 0.66ct white diamond in an end only setting. The band has a D-shape cross-section about 3mm wide with two 2mm brilliant cut ice blue heat treated diamonds either side of the central stone. The treatment of these diamonds is a special process using state of the art technology to produce this beautiful and permanent colour change. Natural coloured diamonds like this would cost many thousands of pounds so this new technology makes this ring within reach! The treatment means that the ring must not be heated up to very high temperatures (eg by a jeweller during resizing of the ring) or cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner so special care needs to be taken when resizing this ring in the future and the stone must be carefully removed and re-set during any future resizing work.
