Mike's yellow gold wedding ring with sport inspired engraving
Mike wanted his wedding ring to complement Emilie's bespoke engagement ring. Mike loved the idea of using 9 carat yellow gold so that his ring matched the metal used in both of Emilie's rings. He initially wanted a plain wedding ring, but after looking at some engraving he decided this would be a great way to connect the inspiration behind Emilie's rings with the design for his ring. Two swirls have been hand engraved on one side of the ring to match the asymmetric twist of Emilie's engagement ring. Two engraved slanted lines section off this design element. A stylised twist shape has also been engraved on the opposite side of the ring. The unique design is inspired by two hockey sticks coming together- a nod to one of Mike and Emilie's favourite sports. A reverse D profile allows for the intricate engraving detail while ensuring a comfortable fit for Mike.
