Mikala's Monochrome Architectural Engagement Ring in Platinum
Mikala wanted a sculptural, modern engagement ring and had some of her own diamonds to use from an inherited ring. She loved the idea of creating a monochrome ring with a Scandinavian feel. Billy and Mikala chose this Malawian baguette cut slate coloured sapphire, which is set on the apex of the uniquely shaped band. The diamonds from her inherited ring trail down around the band adding sparkle. The design was opened up at the side to make a feature of the shaped band and allow visibility into the sapphire feature stone, creating this truly unique ring.
