Alice's Traceable 0.69ct Cushion Cut Sapphire in Celtic Fairtrade Gold Engagement Design
Gareth proposed to Alice with this engagement ring whose design was inspired by the couples Welsh and Irish heritage. Incorporating sculptural open Celtic knots, this side detail sweeps up to cradle the traceable Madagascan cushion cut blue sapphire in the centre. The ethics of the materials used in the ring were really important to Gareth and he opted to have the ring made in Fairtrade 9ct yellow gold and fell in love with the stone which was added to by the the fact he knew where the sapphire came from.
