Jessie's amber and palladium engagement ring

Andrew contacted us from the States and we had a really good chat over Skype about what he thought Jessie would like. He knew that amber is her favourite stone and that she is aware how soft it is, so we knew that she would be able to live with it. The pear shaped amber is all around set to offer as much protection as possible, and is flanked by channel set diamonds that fit into the tapering band as it flicks upwards. We have echoed this detail in the shaping and extra diamonds in the wedding ring, underlining that lovely sense of movement. The infinity symbol and the tree of life are both important to Andrew and Jessie, so I came up with a design which we could engrave around the wedding ring which would incorporate this.
