Art Deco inspirational ideas

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome back from maternity leave one of our talented Designers April to our Cambridge Studio.

April, particularly likes Art Deco and her return reminded me of the way we are able to incorporate inspirational ideas into customers unique rings, sometimes it can be very subtle hint, a small engraving, or birthstones in the shoulder and then again potentially it can go as far as you would like the design to go.

Michael wished to design a striking engagement ring for his partner

The ring above is a wonderful example of Apri's talent a previous commission for an engagement ring that was different to the classic diamond ring. We carry our own stock of wonderful stones and as luck would have it we had the perfect blue sapphire on display in Cambridge that helped create this beautiful unique ring. The central scissor cut blue sapphire measures approx 6x4mm 0.59cts and his held in a four claw setting. The 9ct rose gold band creates a dramatic contrast to the blue stone. To finish the ring has been polished to a high shine. The rose gold has a lovely autumnal feel about it too and especially topical with the leaves dropping off the trees.
